Biography

Charlotte Holmes is a communications strategist and policy researcher whose work sits at the intersection of communications, international affairs, and public policy, with a particular focus on governance, security, and global cooperation. 

With a background in both strategic communications and policy analysis, she specialises in translating complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences. Her experience spans digital strategy, multimedia storytelling, and the development of communications initiatives that support research, dialogue, and public engagement. 

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Communications in Journalism and Digital Media and a Master’s in Transnational Governance from the European University Institute. 

Driven by a passion for making information accessible, she brings a collaborative, cross-cultural approach to her work, connecting people and ideas through thoughtful and impactful communication.
