Khayria Mansouri holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with Distinction and a Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia.
She has contributed to international policy and research initiatives through roles with organisations including UNICEF, United Nations Development Programme, and Culmen International. Her research focuses on global development, foreign aid, and social movements.
Khayria joined the MEA in April 2025 as Co-Director of the North Africa Program, where she led and expanded a research team from 8 to 12 members and oversaw the production of the program’s monthly policy reports. She later joined the Executive Board, contributing to the organisation’s strategic outreach and recruitment initiatives.
