Biography
Abdallah Omer serves as Legal Counsel at the MEA Institute of Strategic Affairs, where he leads on legal structuring, governance, and international expansion. He has contributed to the organisation’s development, supporting its growth across multiple jurisdictions.
He holds a BSc in Economics & Politics and a Master of Laws with Distinction, and has completed SQE1. Abdallah has various experiences across international legal practice areas, including M&A, finance, and antitrust, alongside commercial experience in investment banking. He has also worked on international development and economic initiatives in collaboration with institutions including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
