Biography

Mrinalini is a policy and technology strategist working at the intersection of geotechnology, economic security, and Indo-Pacific strategy. She currently serves in Strategic Operations at the Consulate General of India in Seattle, where she leads cross-border policy analysis, technology diplomacy, and crisis response efforts across the Pacific Northwest. Her work focuses on emerging technology governance, supply chains, and U.S.-India economic cooperation, including convening stakeholders across government and industry and authoring policy briefs on AI and strategic competition. 

She is also Director of Emerging Technology at the MEA Institute for Strategic Studies, where she has scaled a global research network and led international policy dialogues with multilateral institutions and government stakeholders. Previously, she worked across product, data science, and research roles, building expertise in experimentation, AI-driven systems, and social impact research. Mrinalini holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was awarded the Don K. Price Dean’s Award, and brings a multidisciplinary approach combining data science, policy design, and institutional building.
